On the surface a DIY Electric Unicycle sounds like a dangerous, dangerous idea. Rodger Cleye’s design, however, looks pretty tame. For one thing, it does not go terribly fast, and for another, it has gyro-stabilization to help keep you on and a safety lanyard to shut it down in case you fall off.
