I have always thought that the tech nerds and the tree huggers were pretty much mutually exclusive groups. It seems however that there must be some people who identify with both camps, at least if Nigel’s Eco Store expects to sell any of these Christmas tree ornaments made from recycled circuit boards and CDs. One thing that isn’t trashy here is the prices, and at around $6 to $8 a pop, I myself would invest in a set of tin snips, then rip apart that circa 1988 Leading Edge desktop I’ve got stashed away somewhere. Of course, if you’re truly a greenie, surely you would be using some kind of recycled tree instead of chopping down a real live one?
