Thank heavens Eizo Nanao Corporation invented a gadget to save us all–a computer mouse AND a remote control in one.

Called the “Eizo-C@T-one,” it has a built-in tilt sensor that turns off the mouse or the remote control function depending on what side faces upwards. The Eizo-C@T-one uses 2.4GHz wireless technology for computer connectivity and infrared for the TV, recorder, or tuner; it works up to around 30 feet away. Supporting both Windows and Mac operating systems, the Eizo-C@T-one is now available at the Eizo Direct web site for $121.
