While lounging on your favorite seat in front of the computer and checking your favorite gadget blogs, you find yourself unable to quell the temptation to switch that TV on. But juggling the computer mouse and the remote control proves to be beyond your meager ninja skillz because, gasp, it’s all too complicated. Thank heavens Eizo Nanao Corporation invented a gadget to save us all–a computer mouse AND a remote control in one.

Called the “Eizo-C@T-one,” it has a built-in tilt sensor that turns off the mouse or the remote control function depending on what side faces upwards. The Eizo-C@T-one uses 2.4GHz wireless technology for computer connectivity and infrared for the TV, recorder, or tuner; it works up to around 30 feet away. Supporting both Windows and Mac operating systems, the Eizo-C@T-one is now available at the Eizo Direct web site for $121.
