Concept designs are often tantalizing glimpses into a better future. But while they are often desirable (you never see a concept gold and diamond encrusted cellphone, for example), they’re usually impossible to make.

Not so with this camera. The USB Digital Camera, by Sungwoo Park, is a cam on a thumbdrive. It lacks a viewfinder and LCD, and has no controls other than the shutter button. When you get home, you pop it into your PC and upload. That’s it. Simple and fun, and surely possible to make, considering the size of a modern cellphone camera.
